Privacy Policy

Effective October 2026

This policy explains, in plain language, what information CLUTCHwx collects through clutchwx.com, how we use it and who helps us handle it. CLUTCHwx is a service of MICROBURST LLC. When we say "we" or "us," we mean MICROBURST LLC.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site. Depending on the form, that can include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your Instagram handle
  • Any notes you add
  • Your Brand Fit Check answers and the score they produce
  • Your preferred contact method (email, call or text) and, if you ask for a call, a good time to reach you

Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Follow up using the method you chose: email, a phone call or a text message
  • Talk with you about CLUTCHwx membership and whether it fits your coaching business

We do not add you to a newsletter or send unrelated marketing because you filled out a form.

Text messages

We only text you if you ask us to contact you that way. Texts are about your inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us.

Who processes your information

We use a small number of trusted services to run the site:

  • Netlify hosts clutchwx.com and receives and stores the form submissions you send us.
  • Google provides our appointment booking. If you book a free intro, the details you enter on the booking page are handled by Google Calendar under Google's own privacy policy.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site, such as which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked and whether a video is played. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives basic device and usage information under Google's own privacy policy. When you send a form, it also includes the page you sent it from and how you first arrived, such as the link or campaign that brought you here, which this site remembers in your browser for 30 days. We do not send your form answers or contact details to Google Analytics, and we do not use advertising trackers.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email clutchwx@mymicroburst.com and we will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and its effective date. Questions about this policy can go to clutchwx@mymicroburst.com.
